Like the majority of our patients, you likely appreciate being informed before your dental appointment. Here, we provide an overview of what you can expect during your initial visit to Starlite Dental.

Your initial visit serves as an opportunity for both our team to familiarize themselves with you, and for you to become acquainted with our team. During our time together, we strongly encourage you to ask questions, voice any concerns, and share any information that can help tailor your care to your unique needs.
Part of this process involves reviewing your medical history. Certain medical conditions and medications can significantly impact your treatment plans, so we will request a list of your medications along with their dosages, including any vitamins and supplements you may be taking.
Additionally, we will conduct a comprehensive oral examination of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw, in addition to obtaining a full-mouth series of X-rays.

If it’s been a while since your last dental visit, rest assured that you’ve already taken the most crucial step, so there’s no need to worry!
Once your comprehensive examination is finished, Dr. Taylor will have a discussion with you regarding his findings. Together, you can devise a tailored and effective treatment plan that aligns with both your dental needs and personal preferences. We can work on prioritizing and scheduling your treatments to ensure you achieve the smile you deserve within a time-frame that suits your budget.
